For on line orders, we accept Visa and Master Card credit cards.
Average Delivery Time
a) Regular Postal Service
In order to save on delivery cost (see delivery cost) you can choose the regular postal service of Canada Post. The average delivery delay is 10 working days from the date of order for all merchandise in inventory. If the merchandise is not available at that time, the delivery delay is from 10 to 15 working days. Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays. If we are encountering delays in receiving the merchandise, we will advise you within 5 days of the date of the order of the needed additional delay to receive the merchandise.
b) Service of Expedited Parcel (Xpresspost)
For Canada, the average delivery delay is 5 working days from the date of order for all merchandise in inventory. We use the expedited parcel service of Canada Post. Delivery cost might be charged depending of the order (see delivery cost). If the merchandise is not available at that time, the delivery delay is from 5 to 10 working days. Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays. If we are encountering delays in receiving the merchandise, we will advise you within 5 days of the date of the order of the needed additional delay to receive the merchandise.
For United States orders, the average delivery delay is 10 working days from the date of order for all merchandise in inventory. We use the expedited parcel service of both Canada Post and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery cost might be charged depending of the order (see delivery cost). If the merchandise is not available at that time, the delivery delay is from 10 to 15 working days. Working days exclude Saturdays and Sundays. If we are encountering delays in receiving the merchandise, we will advise you within 5 days of the date of the order of the needed additional delay to receive the merchandise.

Delivery Costs
a) Regular Postal Service
If you prefer to use the Canada Post regular service, there is no delivery cost to be charged.
a) Service of Expedited Parcel (Xpresspost)
The delivery costs are of $8.00 for any order from Canada or the United States. These costs can de cancelled if the order exceeds a value of $100.00. For other countries, delivery cost will vary depending of each destination.
Return Policy
You can obtain a reimbursement by returning to Bijoux L’Inedit Inc. the merchandise at your own cost within 10 days from the date of delivery. You must though advise Bijoux L’Inedit Inc. of your intention to return the merchandise by email at [email protected] or by phone at 514-658-8442. The reimbursement will take place only if the merchandise is in perfect shape and it must be returned in its original package and wrap. The invoice must be included with the returned merchandise at all time. The price of the merchandise will then be reimbursed with the exception of a) delivery cost including insurance (does not apply if delivery cost were already charged) and b) a cancellation fee equal to 3 % of the merchandise price. We do not reimburse any merchandise directly at any one of our boutiques. However, you can exchange the returned merchandise for other goods at the stores as long as you have your invoice and that you respect the 10 day delay to return the merchandise.

Reimbursement Delay
Once we receive the merchandise at the determined address, it takes a maximum of 5 working days in order to process the reimbursement. Assuming the 10 day delay for returning merchandise was respected and that the goods are in perfect shape, the price of the merchandise will then be reimbursed with the exception of a) delivery cost including insurance (does not apply if delivery cost were already charged) and b) a cancellation fee equal to 3 % of the merchandise price.
